Policy / Term / Conditions

If a person wishes to cancel their participation in a set of classes, Lake House Clay and Art Studio must be notified at least 14 days prior to the initial start date of the classes. Cancellation after this date will result in loss of deposit. If a student misses an individual Term Class, we will do our best to work with you to try and find a solution, but we do not guarantee it will be replaced. Unfortunately, some missed classes may be forfeited, however, we will do what we can to allow you to ‘make up’ the class. If we can find a solution it must be before the start of the next term. The term has a set structure to make sure that you have completed pieces by the end of the course. Lake House Clay asks everyone who enters the premises not to touch the work of others, either in the studio, or on the grounds. Participants may be photographed/filmed during the classes, these images/footage may be used for Lake House Clay and Art Studio social media posts, or future web page promotion. Images will never be shared with any other parties, other than as described here. If you do not with to be photographed or filmed, please ensure we know when booking via the comments section. Participants must always act in a respectful and courteous manner. Creativity, fun and laughter is highly encouraged. Please read our FAQs for further details on parking etc.
